The numbers are measured inside the page: frames drawn per second, and the longest gap between two frames, sampled every half second. The line shows the last minute and keeps going when you switch, with a mark where the build changed; hover or touch it to read a point. Try panning the map, opening a stop or a bus, and dragging the sheet. The difference is largest on a phone.
